In the event that your item arrives damaged, please email us with your order information and a photo of the damage within 30 days of receipt. Our team will promptly initiate the claims process and work to replace your damaged item and ensure it is promptly shipped to you.

Our prints are made from Enhanced matte art paper. The premium quality heavyweight fine art print with matte finish emphasizes different highlights and tones in the artwork.

Canvas prints feature a 38mm stretched canvas within a traditional picture frame. The thin frame sits approximately 5mm from the edge of the canvas helping to create a floating border.

We accept payment through the following methods for Canadian, US and International Orders: VISA, and MasterCard through Stripe’s payment platform.

All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars ($US). This amount will be converted and will appear as your local currency on your bank statement based on the current exchange rate.

Orders may be cancelled up until the point at which they go into production; once an order has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled.

Unframed fine art prints are carefully hand-rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in extra-thick cardboard tubes, unless they are A4 or smaller and are being delivered within the UK or mainland Europe, in which case they are shipped in thick cardboard envelopes.

To protect against damage during transit, all framed and canvas prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard guards added to each corner. Additionally, cardboard is secured over the print surface, further reducing the risk of breakage or transit damage. Finally, each print is shipped in a heavy-duty cardboard box for added protection.
