As Drahuws produces each item on a custom order basis, we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason once an order has completed production.

Damages and issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully and promptly notify us if you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can address the issue and make it right.

Refunds
As Drahuws custom produces each item on an order-by-order basis, we are unable to provide refunds for any reason. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to arrange for a replacement item.
