The Black Kristofs take center court in the world's first physical NFT basketball court
Krause House selected Drahuws (The Black Kristofs Collection) and 23 other artists to participate in the world's 1st physical NFT basketball court during NFT x NYC. Drahuws is excited to bring her art to the forefront with the creative use of her characters "The Black Kristofs" and help Krause House promote its mission of taking venture capital to the metaverse during NYC x NFT week.

Who is Krause House?
Krause House is a DAO (decentralized autonomous organization) that wants to take venture capital to the metaverse using blockchain technology. They are attempting to purchase, own, and operate an NBA team. In order to do this, they need to raise $1 billion. They are hoping to do this by selling NFTs (non-fungible tokens).
It's uncertain whether or not sports organizations such as the NBA will deal with DAOs. Krause is still in its early phases, and it's possible that they won't be able to obtain league approval to buy a franchise. The NBA, on the other hand, is likely to eventually embrace the concept or take a minority stake in a club.
What is
NFT x NYC?
NFT.NYC is one of the largest nonfungible token events that will be held from June 20-23 in New York City. There will be 1,500 speakers at the event across panels, talks, fireside chats, and hundreds of pop-up events. Attendance is expected to rise from last year's 5,600 to over 15,000. The event will showcase the diversity of NFTs across 16 sectors, including art, film, sports, and ticketing.
The Black Kristofs
The Black Kristofs is a body of physical/digital art by Drahuws that focuses on historical figures or the character's fashion sense at times. The Black Kristofs particular are two black characters who represent the modern face of "The Ancestors," who would have guided these historic people on their world-changing mission. Drahuws created a one-of-a-kind work for Krause House Jam (June 22 - 24th), which will be unveiled soon. Here's a sneak peek at the artwork, which is a remix of this piece.

The world's first physical NFT basketball court will be built by Krause House, which will contain 23 artists. Anyone who purchases a Krause House Court NFT will receive a piece of the actual court and the corresponding NFT.
